Elmo Insurance Expands Ta’ Xbiex Headquarters To Enhance Customer Experience
Elmo Insurance, one of Malta’s long established insurance providers with roots dating back to the 1930’s, has expanded its Ta’ Xbiex head office with the addition of a new building located just across the road from its original premises.
The expansion marks a significant milestone in Elmo’s ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The new facility will be dedicated exclusively to handling all types of general and motor insurance claims, providing clients with a private, comfortable and welcoming environment in which to discuss their needs.
“We have gradually outgrown our main office and recognised the need to offer our valued clients a more comfortable, modern and convenient environment when visiting us for claims management. This project has been in the pipeline for over six years and throughout the process, our goal has always remained the same – to provide a greatly enhanced customer experience,” David Bartoli, Elmo’s Managing Director, commented.
