Get Up Close With The ‘Alice F’Dal-Pajjiż Tal-Meravilji’ Panto Cast During MCC’s Open Day
Visitors to this year’s Mediterranean Conference Centre Open Day are in for something truly special.
For the first time, the public will be able to follow the live filming of the official music video for Alice in Wonderland – A Journey Through the Looking Glass, the 2025 Panto.
During the event, guests can watch as 15 fantastical characters undergo full panto makeup transformations inside the historic Sacra Infermeria. Once ready, the cast will film scenes for the music video throughout MCC, giving families a rare behind-the-scenes look at how the Christmas production comes to life.
Children will also have the chance to interact with the characters as they roam the venue — the perfect photo-op for young panto fans.
This experience forms part of MCC’s wider open day happening on Sunday 23rd November 2025, between 10am and 5pm.
The Mediterranean Conference Centre will open several areas that are not usually accessible to the public, allowing visitors to explore one of Valletta’s oldest and most historically significant buildings.
Across its 500-year history, MCC has served as a hospital, theatre, school and even a Police Depot, making it a fascinating site for all ages.
The open day will also feature live music, a children’s area, food stalls and guided tours — all completely free of charge.
Parking will be available at Evans Building, directly opposite MCC.
From history lovers to families seeking a magical day out, this event offers a unique, educational and entertaining experience that you won’t want to miss.
