To safeguard the ideas of the innovators and the integrity of the competition, confidentiality takes centre stage at Pitchora. From submission to panel review, only a selected handful of persons get access to the business plans of our applicants all of which committed to confidentiality..

Following the closure of applications, an all-star panel of leading CEOs and investors from across the local business community will review each application, and will be tasked with selecting the ten finalists for the Pitchora grand stage finals.

Speaking in front of some of Malta’s most successful professionals can be nerve-wracking, but don’t let that stop you from applying. All of the ten finalists will be invited for pitch training with professionals from the local start-up scene, so we’ve got you covered.

Once chosen, the finalists will have the opportunity to test their pitch in a mock pitch session. During these sessions the finalists will be paired up with a business mentor who will help them refine their pitch further and get ready for the actual pitch in front of our panel of judges.

Remember that each finalist will only have 500 seconds to pitch their idea in front of our panel of judges.

With a prize fund worth over €50,000 that includes an equity-free cash tip of €10,000, free mentorship, access to premium educational courses, free consultancy from Malta’s leading brands, and best-in-class workspaces, Pitchora’s winners are able to benefit from a broad spectrum of services that cover all the bases required to make sure their story is a success.
