This weekend marks the return of the Malta World Music Festival after a highly successful debut last year. Upping the ante from 2017, this year’s edition of the international festival will see six acts from all over the world descend unto Valletta for two days of anything from Estonian folk music to Grammy-nominated Afro fusion projects.

And as if all of that wasn’t enough, we’re giving readers an opportunity to enjoy it all for free!

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning free tickets to the festival is tag someone you’d love to take with you!

That’s it!

Just like that, you could be on your way to watching all the exciting, award-winning acts that will be gracing the gorgeous stage of MWMF this year.

The Malta Word Music Festival 2018 will be returning to the stunning setting of Valletta’s Fort St. Elmo, making the most of the pleasant weather that’s set to return to the islands after last week’s fresh and cold days.

Friday 18th May sees Cushion, Refugees for Refugees and Afro Celt Sound System bring their blistering performances to the island. Meanwhile, 24 hours later, it’ll be the turn of Ana Alcaide, Electrik Gem and Trad.Attack!

Tickets for the event are still available online, but why not have a shot at getting in for free first?

So what are you waiting for? Get tagging in the comments for a chance to win free tickets!
