Malta’s Homeware Mecca Makes Decorating Your Nest Stress-Free With New Payment Plan
We can all agree that freshening up your house with some spanking new sets of furniture can be a blast – that is unless you end up dishing out three-quarters of your paycheck doing so.
Luckily, the people at Homemate want to help you out with just that through what might be our favourite offer of the summer.
In short, Homemate’s Flexipay scheme allows you to buy now and pay later – so you can buy whatever tickles your fancy without worrying too much about paying for it all at one go.
One can find a wide range of products spread across categories that are related to home improvement, from bathroom accessories to bathrooms, paints to coving, curtains and accessories to textiles, bedding, power tools to hand tools, household appliances to a wide range of dining ware, plastic ware, kitchen and cleaning, toys to children’s products amongst others. All these to make your house a home.
Got you dreaming of your next home overhaul?
Good news, ‘cause you’re literally a couple of steps away from bringing your domestic fantasy to life. If you’re planning on spending €400 and over at Homemate, you’re eligible to benefit from their Flexipay scheme.
So whether you’re buying one expensive item, or a bunch of smaller decorations from a variety of departments, you’re set to take advantage of this super scheme.
Flexipay’s a pretty simple concept – but its benefits are out of this world.
Once you complete your purchase, you will be eligible for what’s called FLEXI18 – that is paying for your items in 18 monthly instalments.
So if you buy €400 worth of supplies, you’ll be paying around €24.44 a month. So worth it.

You need not worry about deposits either.
As long as you’re purchasing items that are already in stock or normally available, you won’t be needing to pay a deposit.
You’re only going to have to pay a deposit if you buy items that will need to be ordered specifically for you. But then again, that’s pretty unlikely.
Clients can check in on their monthly instalments on the Homemate website, using their nifty Flexipay calculator.
Primed for a purchase? Hold on! We’re almost finished.
To apply for the Flexipay scheme there’s some paperwork you’re going to have to present:
- A back and front copy of your Maltese ID card
- A payslip with at least three months’ history
- A credit or debit card issues by a local bank
Simple enough, right?
What are you waiting for? Get buying!
