KSi Malta And CSA Group Merge Activities Into CLA Malta Joining International Network CLA Global
In a significant development for the Maltese professional services sector, KSi Malta and CSA Group, two leading corporate firms in Malta, have merged their activities to create CLA Malta. This entity will now operate under the global network of CLA Global, further strengthening its capabilities and expanding its reach within the region and internationally.
With this merger, CLA Malta boasts a team of 140 professionals. The firm, which operates from its main offices in Msida and Ta’ Xbiex, will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including audit, advisory, tax and outsourcing. These services will cater to a wide range of industries, such as consumer products, education, energy and natural resources, fintech, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and telecommunications.
