Saying they’re thrilled would be an understatement – GamesPlus is gearing up to level up once again with the upcoming opening of their brand-new shop in Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara!
This marks the team’s third gaming destination in Malta and it’s by far their biggest and most ambitious yet. The new mega store is packed with more games, more collectibles and more space than ever before – the ultimate hangout for gamers, collectors and hobbyists alike.
It’s a massive step forward for Malta’s gaming community and a well-earned one. From their beginnings in San Ġwann and Tarxien, GamesPlus has grown thanks to the passion and support of its customers and players and will be adding this mega store for this growing community.
Games, Collectibles & Epic Battles
The upcoming Birkirkara outlet is a gamer’s paradise – floor-to-ceiling shelves filled with figures, digital and board games, miniatures, paints and the largest in-store selection of LEGO and Funkos on the island (and that’s just the start!).
The GamesPlus crew are more than retailers – they’re gamers, collectors and hobbyists themselves. Whether it’s building, collecting or battling it out in weekly tournaments, their passion shows. When you step inside, you’re not just shopping, you’re joining a community that lives what it loves.
The new store will even features a dedicated gaming zone for tournaments and events, so expect plenty of epic battles, prizes and glory in both Tarxien and Birkirkara.
If you’ve followed the local scene, you already know GamesPlus helped kickstart the Beyblade community in Malta and they haven’t slowed down since. From Pokémon battles and One Piece adventures to Gundam builds and the much-hyped Riftbound, they’ve become a cornerstone of Malta’s growing gaming culture.
