A new beer and food venue has opened in the centre of Malta and it’s already making waves. The Chapels, where Farsons iconic beers were once brewed, has been transformed into a gorgeous gastrobrewpub.

With an on-site craft beer microbrewery, two gorgeous beer halls, and a huge roof-top beer garden, The Chapels is the beating heart of The Brewhouse, a landmark art deco industrial building that has been beautifully restored into a vibrant green office campus at the Central Business District, Mrieħel.

The Chapels is serving up craft beers that are brewed right on-site and only available there. From fruity pale ales to chocolatey porters, The Chapels isn’t messing around when it comes to all things beer.

Its tanks link straight up to the bar so you’re drinking the freshest stuff possible and can even pour your own at the self-serving taps. So, if you’re looking for a new craft beer watering hole – call off the search, because The Chapels has you covered.

With a unique setting – which features a fully stocked bar and a club sound system – The Chapels isn’t just about craft beer.

The team is also looking forward to hosting some awesome events. Live bands, DJS and other performers will regularly be announced on The Chapels socials.

Executive chef Daniel Juhasz who worked in several kitchens in his native Hungary will be leading the brigade in Malta and cooking up a salty-crispy-tangy storm offering gastro-pub food to keep you going.

From burgers to ribs, and even sharing plates with a focus on local products – The Chapels has you covered meeting all your dietary needs and restrictions also.

The Chapels gets its name from the two cooling rooms which once housed large copper vessels used to make some of Farsons most iconic brews.

These rooms were nicknamed ‘The Chapels’ because of their gothic-style bell-vaulted ceilings that were part of the brewing process. Today these rooms are The Chapels’ two indoor beer halls where you can escape the sun, catch the big game, or host private events.

And that’s not all – The Chapels’ large outdoor roof terrace is Malta’s largest beer garden. So, whether you want to grab a couple of drinks and watch the match or enjoy some rays in the beer garden and listen to live music it’s going down at The Chapels.
