After nine months of remote work, Nestlé Malta has reopened its doors to a transformed workspace, aptly named “The Nest.” With over 50 brands like Nescafé, Purina, Kit Kat, Nesquik, Maggi and Baci to name a few, Nestlé Malta continues to foster innovation and collaboration within its dynamic new environment.

This redesigned office is more than just a physical space; it is a statement of Nestlé’s commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive, blending Maltese culture with cutting-edge, future-ready principles.

Rooted in the company’s core value of “Respect”—for self, others, diversity and the future—the refurbishment of the “Nest” marks a milestone in employee well-being and corporate culture.

A Workspace Reflecting Malta’s Essence

Nestlé Malta’s goal in revamping its workspace was to celebrate the vibrant heritage and natural beauty of Malta. Design details capture iconic Maltese elements, from Valletta’s colourful balconies to the warm hues of terracotta earth and the blue of the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. This blend of cultural homage with modern design is epitomised in a stunning 12-meter mural by local artist Christine Xuereb, symbolising Nestlé’s deep-rooted connection to Maltese communities and its ongoing support for local talent.

In redefining what it means to be “future-ready,” Nestlé Malta has invested in employee-centred facilities and technology-forward amenities.
