The Sicilian getaway was nothing short of spectacular. NM Group’s staff enjoyed exclusive access to a resort, complete with private rooms and a pool. Highlights included two themed parties, a beach day at Marina di Ragusa and a delightful wine-tasting event. To top it all off, a series of engaging team-building activities were organised to enhance team camaraderie.

“My recent trip to Sicily with 41 NM colleagues was an unforgettable experience. We spent most of our time chatting and lounging by the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind away from the busy everyday work life. This trip also allowed me to spend more time with colleagues from other departments and strengthened the stronger sense of community, friendship and most of all family with the whole group. We bonded over shared experiences, meals, cocktails (my fav Virgin Mohito) and cups of tea (yes, even in Summer!) We took part in competitive games, organised themed nights and had fun planning and decorating our rooms at the complex in line with each team name, ours was Fabulous Flamazing Flamingos! The highlight was the show we put up on our last night where those who wished took part in an act. These acts were rehearsed in the weeks leading up to the trip and provided entertainment, joy and laughter with everyone joining the winning sing-along. The holiday came to a close at a wine tasting event and lunch, before we headed to the Port. I am incredibly thankful to NM Group for this fantastic opportunity to relax, bond and create lasting memories with my colleagues. On to the next one!”
