Chef Eric Bédiat, Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef, will be leading a free demonstration on Tuesday, 29th May from 7pm to 9.30pm, showing the techniques and savoir-faire that Le Cordon Bleu teaches to over 20,000 students around the world yearly.

Working with Chef Chris Hammett, who will be showcasing his knowledge and experience, the world-class chefs will take you along their delectable journey, all the way up to and including the recently opened Hammett’s Macina Restaurant.

The evening of Wednesday, 30th May will see Chef Eric Bédiat and Chef Chris Hammett present a four-course menu at an exclusive dinner at the impressive Sheer Bastion location, atop Senglea’s 16th century bastions. 

The special menu will showcase Le Cordon Bleu’s focus on fundamental culinary techniques, whilst making the best of local ingredients. 

Chefs Bédiat and Hammett, supported by a team of Le Cordon Bleu alumni, promise to give you a culinary experience that will be out of this world.

Tickets are available at 55 Euros per person (including 1 glass of Prosecco on arrival, a 3 course meal including soft drinks), with an additional 20 Euros wine pairing available (wines will be selected by Matthieu Longuere MS, Le Cordon Bleu London Wine Development Manager). Payment directly on the evening for the wine pairing.
