1. Elderflower and lime spritzers
- 75ml fresh lime juice
- 75ml elderflower cordial
- 75ml Whole Earth Aromatic Elderflower
- Wedges of fresh lime
- Mint leaves
- Ice
- 1 bottle of chilled sparkling water
Mix together the lime juice and elderflower cordial in a small jug. This will be enough for eight spritzers.
Fill tall glasses with some ice, wedges of lime and mint leaves. Add the lime and elderflower mixture (one eighth per serving) and top up with the sparkling water. Stir briefly to combine and serve straight away.
For an alcoholic spritzer, replace the sparkling water with sparkling wine!
2. Green Appletini
- 3 Green apples
- 75ml Whole Earth Juicy Apple
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 75ml Soda water
First peel both the apples and take out the core. In a saucepan, take agave syrup, water, the peels and the cores of both apples. Once the water reaches boiling point, turn off heat and allow the green apple syrup to cool completely. Pour into a Martini glass, top with a green apple slice and serve.
Add some actual Martini if you want to mix things up a bit.
3. Frozen Cranberry Daiquiris
- 75ml white rum
- 30ml Whole Earth Tangy Cranberry
- 15ml cranberry syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 8-10 ice cubes
In a freezer-proof container, combine rum, cranberry syrup, lime juice and agave and freeze overnight. When ready to serve, combine the cocktail mixture in a blender with 8-10 ice cubes (for each drink) and pulse until smooth. Pour into a glass rimmed with sugar and garnish with lime and cranberries.
If you don’t want the drink to be alcoholic, just remove the rum.
