It doesn’t get any hotter than a Maltese Summer, but that’s nothing some refreshing drinks and great company can’t fix. Of all the popular cocktails on the island, none are so perfectly suited for Maltese summer than an Aperol Spritz, and if there’s one ideal time to chill, it’s definitely Sunday evening. 

Now, Malta has been graced with a combination of all that, and it’s all going off in Rabat.

This is Palazzo Castelletti

Yep, it’s gorgeous.

Castelletti is a hidden gem in Rabat’s Triq San Pawl (just a couple of doors down from the famous Serkin pastizzeria), and its opulent facade lets you know what’s waiting inside. Apart from the beautiful interior, however, the rooftop offers one of the best places to just chill and sip a summer drink (or two).

And just in case you needed another excuse to head to Rabat this Sunday, Castelletti have come up with a couple of offers. Gone are the days of one happy hour; from 6pm onwards, cocktails at the Rabat palazzo’s rooftop are all two for one. Aperol Spritz for everyone while chill out house music plays in the background.

Everyone knows, though, that it’s not a Maltese evening without food. To make sure they cater for that, Castelletti have set up a Delicatessen Counter, where they’re letting you create their own platters, choosing what tastes to accompany your aperitifs with. Oh, and don’t worry; they’ve even got vegetarian options.
