A Massive Summit All About Blockchain Is Coming To Malta For The Very First Time
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what the world of Blockchain was actually all about and how you could get to know more about it, you’re in for a lucky couple of days. This year, for the first time ever, a massive summit all about Blockchain is coming to Malta!
The Malta Blockchain Summit is coming on the 1st and 2nd November!
Now that might sound like an awfully long time to wait, but the organisers promise that it’s definitely going to be worth it. 4,000 delegates and 100 speakers will benefit from an insane amount of networking opportunities over the two-day summit that’s set to take over Malta’s lavish InterContinental hotel. Various debates will cover topics like potential applications of Blockchain. Four conferences within the summit will tackle:
- Blockchain for regulators;
- Blockchain for cryptocurrencies, banking, payments and tokenomics;
- Blockchain for affiliates, marketing and ICOs; and,
- Blockchain for techies and developers
Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has already been confirmed as a keynote speaker, perfectly poised to coincide with the summit’s aim to attract more Blockchain developers, affiliates and investors to Malta. “I understand that regulators are wary of this technology, but the fact is that it’s coming,” Dr. Muscat had said of Blockchain. “We must be on the frontline in embracing this crucial innovation, and we cannot just wait for others to take action and copy them. We must be the ones that others copy.”
Other prominent individuals who have already confirmed their attendance include Max Krupyshev, Gordon Einstein, Alex Lightman, MGA’s Joseph Cuschieri, Director for ARQ Group JP Fabri, Sally Eaves, Silicon Valley investor Tugce Ergul, Karl Schranz, Pavel Kravchenko… and this is just the start!
Of course, it’s not all debates and discussions, especially at a summit of this level. Get ready for a buzzing expo (just like the organisers did with SiGMA), decadent Champagne Brunch, a Rum and Cigar Night, a Networking Poker Tournament, and of course the Hackathon and the ICO Pitch.
Oh, and as if all of that wasn’t enough, the whole summit will come to a close with an aptly named Crypto Cruise over Malta’s good old Mediterranean waters. And, as you’d expect, an enviously luxurious afterparty awaits for all those late-night (or is it early morning?) partygoers.
If you’re interested in taking part in The 2018 Malta Blockchain Summit, you can contact the organisers or you can even visit the official website before Early Bird tickets expire this month!
Tickets for the November summit go on sale in early May, but with ticket reservations already generating a market interest, it’s worth booking early to avoid disappointment.
