Calling All Maltese Law And Medical Students: Your Calendar’s About To Get A Whole Lot More Organised
Organising your uni timetable, sifting through all the free periods, and trying to find that perfect sweet spot between going home to rest and staying on campus to meet friends can already be a nightmare as is. Add Law and Medical students’ busy schedule to the mix, and you’ve got yourself a recipe for non-stop hassle. That is, until you throw in a healthy dose of FreeHour.
FreeHour can now be used by Law and Medical students who want to sync their Google Calendar!
Thanks to the rollout of FreeHour Version 4, ELSA and MMSA students who use Google Calendar can now benefit from the full experience of Malta’s favourite timetable app for students.
Gone are the days when you won’t be able to sync your Google Calendar with FreeHour, and here’s all you need to know about getting it to work!
- Update the FreeHour app to the latest version
- Go to the FreeHour settings
- Tap “Import Timetable”
- Sign in with Google
- Select your Uni calendar(s)
- Wait for the timetable to import
And there you go; your FreeHour timetable will now have all the latest updates from your Google Calendar! The timetable shows the next seven days, and thanks to automatic updates will always remain in sync.
Google Calendar integration is just one of the new features in the latest version of FreeHour
Here’s the full list of awesome changes:
- The ability to view your friends’ full timetables for even more hassle-free planning! All you need to do is get permission from the particular user and you’ll be on your way to even better, grouped timetable management
- A new Student Offer section, including Around Campus offers for each local school
- A new Tasks & Assignment section. Keep track of all your deadlines and never miss a beat
- A complete design revamp, including redesigned Student and Friends tabs along with many more screens
Of course, all of these join the features that so many local students have come to know and love, like Lecture Reminders, Student Jobs, Exam Countdown, and our personal favourite, the Stipend Countdown!
