Certified Japanese Kobe beef, grass-fed Argentinian Angus beef, corn-fed American Prime Black Angus beef and Australian WX Wagyu beef, all are cooked to perfection at Beefbar. Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto’s patented cooking method traps the perfectly marbled meat in a crispy outside that gives the cut a bit of a bite.

The interior of Beefbar on The Beach was designed by legendary duo Humbert & Poyet
For this beach club concept, Humbert & Poyet were inspired by the sea, the island’s natural stone and local craftsmanship. An abundance of natural and raw materials, rattan, canvas, ceramic, plaster and concrete are used to decorate the interior and echo nature. For the furniture, Humbert & Poyet opted for fine textured fabric, with playful stripes and patterns.
The result is a design both joyful and refined that reflects the quality of the restaurant, the lounge and natural environment of Malta.
