The Orchard is turning it up a notch by curating some carefully thought-out themed evenings, and every plate looks more delicious than the other. Don’t believe us? Just look at some of the dishes!
The menu is carefully curated by Chef James Rizzo… and he’s been trained by one of the best names in the business
Rizzo really aims to showcase his culinary skills by creating versatile dishes featuring a plethora of different cuisines… and he’s been trained by none other than the one and only Jamie Oliver!
His culinary resume really does speak for itself, with previous experience ranging from the Corinthia (San Ġorġ and Marina) and Jamie’s Italian in Edinburgh, where he actually served as the head chef.
The Orchard’s first theme night kicked off last week with an Indian extravaganza
January 31st saw an Indian night coming to Naxxar, with tasty starters including Mulligatawny soup, onion bhajis, veg samosas and Indian spiced chicken wings.
The Indian Night buffer had all the favourites up on offer, like Tandoori chicken Masala, chicken korma, beef madras, lamb rogan josh and daal lentil curry to name just a few.
Every themed night will see a different culinary concept… and you can now win a meal for two!
The dishes for each evening will be served buffet style, so guests can mix ‘n’ match (and more importantly, not suffer from food envy). Free-flowing water will also be served to wash it all down with.
The rest of the theme nights throughout the year will be varied but you can expect Italian Nights, Maltese Nights, Surf and Turf or Steak and Beef Nights.
On the 20th February it’s Shellfish Night and The Orchard is giving away a meal for two. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is tag your favourite dinner date!
