Game Of Thrones Stars And A Ferris Wheel Of Food: Planet Hollywood Has Officially Landed In Malta
An international giant of good food has just landed in Malta and they celebrated their arrival with a star-studded launch party last night.
Planet Hollywood just opened their first Maltese outlet in Bay Street and we literally cannot wait to dig into all the indulgent meals they have on offer. Don’t even get us started on that appetiser Ferris wheel. And their burgers? Jesus take the (ferris) wheel.
The Planet Hollywood launch party featured many familiar faces, and some that we know from our TV screens
Game of Thrones stars John Bradley West (Samwell Tarly) and Pilou Asbæk (Euron Greyjoy) dropped by Planet Hollywood to mingle with local influencers, as they nibbled on taster versions of the menu’s items and let loose on the dance floor.
From mini-burgers to Ferris Wheels to brownies and cocktails, not a single person in the room could get enough of the food. In fact we’re still thinking about it 12 hours later.
A whole load of exciting movie costumes and props were revealed during the launch.
Including an extra AF costume from The Hunger Games, a dress from Moulin Rouge!, and Robin Williams’ classic Popeye outfit. There are also loads of props from the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings movies, replicas from Avatar and Star Wars, and a whole load of stuff that will have any movie fan freaking out.
And of course, the Planet Hollywood launch party was full of our favourite influencers
Who worked the red carpet like total pros and broke it down on the dance floor as they were serenaded by the likes of Relick and Ivan Grech from Winter Moods.
Planet Hollywood will be officially open in Bay Street from Saturday June 8th dinner time, and you need to go and check it out ASAP
Apart from the amazing gastro-diner style menu, the restaurant is worth checking out just for the venue itself. From the movie sets to props and costumes, and original Planet Hollywood merch for you to take home with you to remind you of your glorious meal; it’s definitely worth a visit.
