The recently revamped B.A. (Hons) in Facilitating Inclusive Education offered by the University of Malta, has all the answers you are looking for!

The Department for Inclusion and Access to Learning at the University of Malta is offering this accredited degree to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills that are needed to support teachers in creating an effective classroom experience for all students regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other criteria.

Inclusive education values the diversity of students, responds to their individual needs and ensures that all students can access learning in a safe environment that is free from discrimination and intolerance.

Therefore, if you are passionate about diversity and inclusion and if you are aspiring to work as a Learning Support Educator (LSE) or as a home tutor as part of a team, then the B.A. (Hons) in Facilitating Inclusive Education is the right opportunity for you!

You can decide to follow the course on either a 3-year full-time or a 4-year part- time basis (blended delivery) to suit your specific needs. The Department for Inclusion and Access to Learning is also offering a top-up degree on a 2-year part-time basis (blended delivery). This degree is offered to candidates who are in possession of a Diploma in inclusive Education or of a Higher certificate in Inclusive Education, MQF, level 5. This top-up degree course is also offered at the  Gozo UM campus (blended delivery).

This degree paves the way to any one of the many postgraduate degrees offered by the University of Malta (UM) you might decide to eventually join. Prospective candidates may stop at a Diploma Level and course applicants can benefit from a tax credit through the Get Qualified Scheme.
