Vodafone Malta is no more after the telecommunications company announced that it would rebrand from its red and white to a sleek black and yellow and under a new name, epic.

The widespread rebrand was announced at a press conference earlier today along with an inspiring video welcoming the new chapter for the telecommunications company.

With a mission statement to provide “Great network. Great value.,” epic has committed to bringing the best communications experience possible to the island centered around the company’s four pillars of change: tariffs, infrastructure, service portfolio expansion and customer experience.

Epic has pledged to offer unlimited tariffs that are no longer bound to 24-month contracts, top-ups of double the value of similar packers and unlimited mobile plans for business tariffs.

It will also continue to invest in its network and service quality in tandem with its 175 4G roaming partner networks worldwide.

“We are providing solutions for all the communication needs of our customers. The company will be investing more into our customer service and building new digital tools to make it simpler and easier for customers to use epic’s service,” said epic’s CEO Tamas Banyai.

‘The company is also launching a new mobile application and a new web portal, which comes with a simpler user interface and features to make our customers’ lives easier.”
