Watch: ‘Think Of The Future, But Not Too Much’ – Care Home Residents Give Advice In Wholesome New Video

We, youngsters, need all the help we can get to get through this funny thing called life, and who better to give us some good advice than those who have been there and done that?
Lovin Malta recently sat down with residents of Simblija Care Home in Naxxar ahead of the care home’s next open day to talk about life’s best and worst, and their tips for the younger generation.
Choosing the perfect care home for an elderly loved one can be quite overwhelming, and when the time comes, we look for safety, comfort, and a welcoming care team to take care of them.
Simblija Care Home is known for its multidisciplinary team of experts and selection of long-term care plans with one of its care team assistants. Other services include respite care or post-operative care plans, all tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
Residents’ nutrition and physical health are also well looked after thanks to the residency’s team of chefs who prepare each meal according to residents’ dietary needs.
Here are four reasons you should register to attend Simblija Care Home’s Open Day on 25th March:
Meet the team
Simblija’s multidisciplinary team of experts will be on-site during the open day to discuss long-term care plans, respite or post-operative plans according to your loved one’s needs and preferences.
Bag some exclusive discounts
The Simblija team are offering exclusive discounts on long-term care, respite and post-operative care services to those who attend the open day, so you can rest assured you’ve found the perfect care home for a loved one.
Have a look around
Visitors can tour the residency and check out its state-of-the-art facilities residents have access to and what activities are regularly organised within the community, including active ageing activities and physiotherapy services offered by Simblija’s in-house centre, Revive. We guarantee you’ll want to register yourself after this one!
A surprise performance
All we can say is be sure to make your way to the centre’s Gazebo area at 11am.
Register here to book a spot for the open day on Saturday, 25th March between 10am and 3pm. We promise you’ll leave there with peace of mind that your loved one will be safe, happy and well taken care of.
