Ask any musical theatre fan; a night at the theatre singing your heart out to a bunch of Broadway and West End classics is one of the most cathartic moments you will ever experience.

Just let me cleanse my soul by over-singing ‘On My Own’ and pretending no one can hear me, OK?

If you related on a spiritual level to that opening paragraph, or you know someone who would, we have the event for you.

The Manoel Theatre is hosting ‘A Musical Theatre Weekend’ this February, made up of A Night on Broadway and A Night at the West End, featuring everyone’s favourite musical tracks.

Malta’s most loved performers will be joined by four performers from London’s West End, accompanied by the Welsh Musical Theatre Orchestra and conducted by Andrew Hopkins.

The WMTO is no ordinary orchestra. It is known for being cheeky and interactive, so they’ll be giving the performance an exciting and playful twist, nurturing a fun atmosphere you’re bound to enjoy!

Stars like Kurt Calleja, Michela Galea and Neville Refalo will be mingling among these four West End pros, and treating you to songs from 15 popular musicals, including The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Wicked, Half a Sixpence & Chess.
