Grab your dancing shoes and your coolest festival-style outfit and get ready to party. Summer Daze is coming back to Malta and it’s even bigger than last year’s festival!

Spread over a week in August, in collaboration with Creamfields and BBC Radio 1, various spots on our idyllic Mediterranean island will turn into party hotspots, headlined by the biggest names in pop both locally and internationally.

On Sunday 11th August The Martinez Brothers will be dropping by Gringos

With the opening party for Summer Daze taking place at the iconic Uno Village. Kicking off at 9pm, with a ‘buy one get one free’ offer on all drinks between 9:30pm and 11:30pm, Carl Bee and other resident DJs will be supporting the brothers before they end the night with a bang (and a couple off bangers).

The second session, on Wednesday the 14th, will feature underground legend Paul Kalkbrenner on the main stage

Set up over at Ta’ Qali National Park, a host of underground DJs like Loco Dice, Green Velvet, BBC Radio 1’s Monki and local favourite Carl Bee are all scheduled to play on the night. It’ll kick off at 3pm and will be carrying on into the early hours of the morning.

You can also get your hands on some killer VIP passes for days two and three. A VIP pass includes separate entrance, access to an elevated platform and pre-paid drinks. A one-day pass is available at €102, or you could go for the two-day option at €189.

And Thursday 15th will see David Guetta teaming up with all the pop legends

With the likes of Tyga, James Arthur, Danny Howard, Alle Farben, Tenishia and a slew of local artists all making an appearance. Bringing the party back to Ta’ Qali, day three will run between 2pm and 1am for a night of pop music and some extreme dancing.

The first round of after-partying is taking place back at Uno Village with Vida Loca

Vida Loca is a massive international party that’s recently made its way to Malta for the first time this year. Taking over Uno for a night of hip-hop and Reggaeton music, international DJs and exotic dancers will begin the send-off for Summer Daze in style.

On Friday 16th you get to party by the pool with Bobo Vieri

OMNIA by MedAsia will become home to ex-football-legend-turned-dj Christian Vieri. The “BOBO Dj Show” is a format in which house music, voice and live musicians come together to give the public a unique experience. Jump in the pool and get your groove on, along with supporting DJs JJoy, Pocci, Mux and Mizzi G.

And on Saturday 17th August it all comes to an end with Ziggy featuring Roger Sanchez

Uno will be the stage for one last massive party with Kristen Knight and ZIGGY warming things up before Roger Sanchez hits the decks. With buy one get one free on all drinks between 10:30pm and midnight, its bound to be a good one.

“Over the past 3 years the Mediterranean Islands of Malta and Gozo have managed to develop and grow a year round calendar of top quality events to rival any other tourism destination in Europe. Famous international artists are being attracted to Malta to join Maltese counterparts in first rate, music, cultural, contemporary arts, gastronomic and sports festivals that are a spectacle to attend and enjoy or even join in. The hot bright summer months in Malta lend themselves brilliantly to music and sea sport events of international repute and the Summer Daze Malta Festival is firmly establishing itself as a highlight in Malta’s Summer,” said Carlo Micallef, Deputy CEO & Chief Marketing Officer Malta Tourism Authority.
