  • 63% of merchants report that Wolt has helped increase their revenue or sales.
  • 79% state that the biggest benefit of the platform is reaching customers they otherwise couldn’t.
  • 73% find the biggest benefit is generating additional sales on top of their in-store sales.
  •  40% reporting they would not have an online store without Wolt.

Wolt also acts as a powerful discovery channel. 89% of users reported discovering new restaurants on the app, and of those, 86% ordered again from the same venues, demonstrating Wolt’s ability to create repeat business and foster customer loyalty.

Moreover, the platform complements in-person shopping rather than replacing it. 88% of partner businesses reported seeing no negative effect on physical footfall. Over half (56%) of restaurant customers who found a venue on Wolt that they already visited in person said they continue to visit the restaurant at least as often while also ordering online.

To further support sustainable growth, Wolt has recently launched Wolt Capital in Malta. This new financing solution, powered by finmid, provides local merchants with fast, flexible, and affordable funding directly through the Wolt Merchant Portal.

Merchants receive pre-approved offers directly in their dashboard, with funds often arriving in as little as two business days. The pricing is transparent, featuring a fixed fee with no interest, and repayments are tied automatically to a percentage of the merchant’s sales through Wolt.

Funds from Wolt Capital can be utilised for diverse business needs, such as opening new locations, upgrading equipment or kitchens, hiring staff, investing in marketing, or managing unexpected expenses.
