1. La Conversione di un Cavallo. Tableaux Vivants da Caravaggio

Based on the Tableaux Vivants technique, La Conversione di un Cavallo uses extreme simplicity to incredible visual impact.

Twenty-three canvases from the iconic rebellious painter, Caravaggio, will be brought to life by actors from Ludovica Rambelli Teatro with props, draped fabrics, colours, and textures, adorning the scene.

Each frame and impressive tableau will be rhythmically punctuated by the music of Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi and Sibelius.

2. Congregation at Mdina

Venue: Mdina Gate, Mdina

Immerse yourself in Malta’s silent city with ‘Congregation at Mdina’, a sonic voyage that will make you explore the streets of Mdina as you try and reach the secret destination.

You will be given a silver sphere, which will act as your guide, emitting sci-fi sounds that will get louder the closer you get to your goal, a beautiful take on the classic hot and cold game.

Designed by Ray Lee and inspired by Dr Who, the spheres will eventually lead everyone to a secret location, forming a congregation of electronic sound and people, a fascinating installation that will make every science fiction fan salivate.

Congregation at Mdina is a FREE event suitable for all the family.
