Donald Trump Announces He’s Running For US President Again In 2024
After much speculation, Donald Trump has officially announced he will be running for US President once again in 2024.
If re-elected, he would not only be the second-oldest US President ever at 78, but would’ve also beaten the extremely overwhelming odds of becoming POTUS for a second time, just after losing an election.

Full of the usual Trumpian rhetoric (most of which is already facing the wrath of online fact-checkers), Trump’s one-hour-plus speech last night in Florida marks the beginning of what could be a very different presidential run this time.
Very likely eventually facing off against a Florida governor to become the Republican representative, Trump has his sights on Ron DeSantis, who just won an overwhelming re-election victory and sits above Trump as far as polls and popularity votes in many key Republican states.
And of course, there’s the massive shadow still looming of how the former president handled his electoral defeat, and the resulting 6th January storming of Capitol Hill.
