Farsons Beer Festival’s Final Night Cancelled Due To Strong Winds
Farsons Beer Festival has had to draw the final curtain early, cancelling the final night due to strong winds.
“Due to the strong winds that have hit the Maltese Islands and that are forecast to persist in the coming days, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that the last night (Saturday, 5 August) of the Farsons Beer Festival is cancelled in the interest of public safety,” a statement read.
The organisers thanked everyone who attended this year’s edition, as well as the artists, sponsors, sub-contractors, tenants and crew.
“Your energy, enthusiasm, and passion for great beer and music have created an incredible atmosphere.”
This year’s edition was ten days of live music, food and of course, Farson’s beer.
It included some of Malta’s finest in the music industry: from Ira Losco to Shaun Farrugia, Tribali and Eurovision contestants The Busker.
The festival also had a diverse mix of international artists from different genres.
