Fuel & Co. Spread Their Wings With New Naxxar Outlet
An eatery finding a delicate balance between deliciousness and healthiness has just expanded to Naxxar.
Fuel & Co. aim to provide the community with healthy food that tastes great, looks amazing and is honest at heart.

As a brand ideology this is translated in a menu that is designed to cater for a variety of different diets. The ingredients are spelled out with no hidden surprises.
Fuel & Co. was founded back in late 2019 by CEO and founder Jake Pirotta.
At the time healthy-eating options were very limited, so Jake, who was a seasoned chef and health and fitness professional in the earlier days of his career was determined to create a brand that offers clean and healthy food options that are tasty and interesting.
Local, fresh and seasonal ingredients were always at the heart of the menu. Today, the brand has grown beyond the wildest imagination. The menu is still true to its roots, however it has evolved and diversified enough to offer everybody a healthy, tasty meal.
Local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients are at the heart of the menu. The star of the show has so far been the wholegrain activated-charcoal protein pizza which has already nourished over 100,000 bodies so far.
The main ingredients of this pizza are wholegrain organic flour, activated charcoal and pea protein isolate. The pea protein helps keep the product vegan whilst still providing an amazing protein content that is easy to digest.
To allow for different tastes and flexible diets the customer is allowed to choose the pizza toppings as a way of controlling the calories besides customising the flavour.
The Naxxar outlet is an addition to the existing Mosta one and the Paola MCAST Food-truck (currently closed for repairs)
