Music Fans Rejoice – Here’s A Breakdown Of Every Malta Music Week Party
Malta Music Week kicks off on Tuesday with a star-studded lineup of local and international acts, beginning with the Isle of MTV concert in Floriana. Thousands are set to flock to St. Publius Square (il-Fosos) for one of the biggest events on the island, but the party doesn’t stop there…
In collaboration with MTV International and the Malta Tourism Authority, G7 Events will be hosting a whole spectrum of concerts and club nights from the 9th to the 13th of July.
Here’s a rundown of the full week we have ahead of us:
Isle of MTV Concert
9th July
St. Publius Square, Floriana
Local pop starlet, Michela, is due to perform in one of the show’s opening slots alongside a host of other local acts like Owen Luellen, Debris, Emma Muscat, Supre, Gaia Cauchi, Pierre Cordina and many more…
The main attraction, international headliners Martin Garrix, Bebe Rexha, Ava Max and Wiley will then take to the stage for an action-packed night of live performances. The night is truly set to be huge!
The Official Isle of MTV Afterparty
9th July
Marrakech, Gianpula Village
Keep the good vibes flowing by heading to Marrakech at Gianpula Village where VIBE FM are hosting the official afterparty for Isle of MTV.
Mamacita Hip-Hop Reggaeton
10th July
Gianpula Main Room, Gianpula Village
Italy’s own Mamacita DJs are headed to Gianpula’s Main Room on the 10th to bring the house down with the finest hip-hop and reggae tunes.
Sunset Boat Party
11th July
Sliema Ferries, Sliema
Sail into the Mediterranean Sea atop the sounds of pure, unadulterated party bangers. For those of you who purchased the Malta Music Week ticket package, this event is not included in the price, so you’ll need to book separately for this if you’re keen to dance the night away on the water. Ride the sound waves!
Gianpula Fridays ft. Rudimental
12th July
Gianpula Main Room, Gianpula Village
Hailing from Hackney in London, chart-toppers Rudimental are heading to Gianpula’s Main Room where the dancefloor will be offering up some massive tracks you’re bound to shake a thing or two to.
IOMTV Malta Music Week Pool Party
13th July
MedAsia Playa, Sliema
MedAsia is presenting a first of its kind: a Vegas-themed pool party in collaboration with the Isle of MTV team. International DJ duo, M-22, will keep the decks spinning while you dance and drink whatever takes your fancy. There will be xeba champagne.
Cafe Del Mar Sunset Party with Martin Jensen
14th July
Cafe Del Mar, Qawra
There’s no better way to close off the week than with Danish superstar DJ Martin Jensen playing all of his hits just for you! Throw in Cafe Del Mar’s infinity pool and the sunset view over St Paul’s islands, and you’re basically guaranteed a showstopper!
