Triton Fountain Swimmers Given Police Warning After Taking A Quick Dip

Article Featured Image

At least ten Polish tourists were given a police warning yesterday after they were spotted taking their clothes off and swimming in the Triton Fountain in Valletta.

The swimmers were told to get out of the fountain at around noon. The tourists were not drunk or under the influence, and police confirmed that no damage was made to the fountain.

Images of the tourists swimming in the fountain were shared online, with many people making it clear they weren’t very happy to see this happen.

The pictures come just one day after a pair of naked revellers were seen walking by Spinola Gardens at around 5am.
