The police were informed of a robbery at a toy shop on D’Argens Street, Gżira yesterday evening.

The police were informed at around 10.30pm and immediately went to the scene, where a preliminary investigation revealed that two men, with their faces covered, entered the shop and demanded money from the cashier, a 35-year-old woman residing in Sliema.

The men fled the scene after stealing a sum of cash. No one was injured, and the Police are currently conducting a search for the two individuals.
