He may only be 15 years old, but Kodin Camilleri is the latest teenager to impress the X Factor Malta judges and get a perfect Four Yeses this season.
The Tarxien boy admitted he doesn’t really like modern songs, saying he believes older songs are better. And that’s exactly what he proved, singing a slightly modified version of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s 1971 hit Have You Ever Seen The Rain.

And while the 15-year-old received a number of compliments about how “innocent, adorable and relaxed” he looked and acted on stage, his singing chops also drew positive feedback from the judges… particularly Gianluca.
“I can’t really explain it, but you have something special,” the former Eurovision representative told Kodin.
“I want to fast-forward and see you in two years,” Ira followed up, saying that while she wasn’t 100% sure whether the young teenager was ready for a challenge this big, she was still “very excited” for what the future holds for Kodin.
By the end, however, the response was anonymous, with the teenager getting four yeses and easily making it through to Bootcamp.
