Teen Suffers Injuries After Jumping In St Peter’s Pool
A 19-year-old Syrian man sustained grievous injuries after jumping into St Peter’s Pool yesterday afternoon.
At around 5pm, the police were informed that a person needed assistance in the popular Delimara swimming location.
From initial investigations, it turned out that a young man jumped into the water and sustained some injuries. He received help from a medical team and members from the Civil Protection Department before being rushed to Mater Dei by ambulance.
He was later certified to be suffering from grievous injuries.
