Best Places To Eat Alone In Malta

Okay – let’s be real here. It’s basically impossible to eat out alone in Malta. Wherever you go you’re bound to meet at least an acquaintance. There’s no such thing as escaping. BUT – it doesn’t mean we don’t have anything that comes close to that.
Here’s a list of places to eat out that are ideal for different levels of solitude.
1. Emma’s Kitchen
The newest eatery on the block is perfect for when you want to grab a quick, delicious bite but don’t have the time to plan a lunch with a friend.

4/10
Only lunch there if you’re ready and willing to bump into someone you know. Doesn’t mean you’ll have to join tables, but there will be plenty of “hi, orrajts“.

2. Cafe Jubilee
Thanks to the cosy corners and secluded booths in the Jubilee cafes, it’s quite possible to have a relaxing lunch with nothing but you and the book you’re currently reading.

Yes, you might meet someone you know, but by and by they’ll mostly leave you be.
