If there's one thing that large Facebook forums like The Salott excel at, it's conjuring up a common sense of nostalgia. A post which appeared last weekend did just that, and all it asked was a very simple question about everyone's favourite person, the nanna.

"Name something that your mother / grandmother cooked that was your favourite," read a photo caption in the post, which very quickly saw dozens of people commenting. Here are some of the top dishes which were featured.
