Malta’s Most Over-The-Top Chef Is Taking Over The Kitchen Of Your Favourite Summer Hangout

The chef behind Shoreditch, the menu at Ryans, and the take-away Pit Stop is about to revamp your favourite Summer hangout. Chef Daniel Grech has announced that he and his team will be taking over the kitchen at Paradise Exiles.
“We’ll be doing all the classics you expect from Paradise, like amazing burgers, rabbit, fish, fresh pasta – all the classics. We’ll also have some specials, like a Jack Daniels burger,” Daniel told Lovin Malta.
‘We’ll also be keeping the incredible french fries that are hand-cut using local potatoes that have been a staple of Exiles for 28 years,” he said.

Daniel Engerer, who runs the establishment, said that the Exiles philosophy and Daniel Grech’s philosophy go hand in hand.
“We will be keeping many of the dishes that people love eating at Exiles while bringing in Daniel’s unique take on food as well. We’ll be collaborating and trying out new dishes, and from the feedback we’ve already received I am sure it will be exciting and successful,” he said.
Daniel Engerer also announced another change coming Exiles’ way.
“Last year we revealed the graffiti on the wall, full of international bands like The Beatles – bands that we play at Exiles. This year we are changing it totally, and instead we will have the Maltese bands that perform at Exiles graffiti’d on the wall, so we’ll be keeping the names local,” he said.
Chef Daniel Grech announced that he will be taking over the kitchen by the end of April, and is looking for new and energetic staff to join his team, so if you love burgers and beaches and looking for a new job, you should probably hit them up.
