This Marsaskala Burger Joint Has Just Unleashed A Behemoth In A Bun

BosSteaks in Marsaskala has made quite a name for itself since opening in July, and now the team has unleashed what is undoubtedly Malta’s meatiest burger.
This meat mansion prides itself on authentic Italian meat dishes like Scaloppina di Vitello and Carne alla Pizzaiola, while also acting as a sanctuary for all rib-lovers looking to treat their tastebuds to a BBQ pork rack.
While their menu appears to be quaint and typically-delicious… a monster lurks at the bottom of their menu, in the burger section.

And then there’s the “BosSize”. Four patties making up over six-hundred grams of beef, stacked between two buns, flooded with whichever toppings you choose, and speared with a skewer to maintain structural integrity on any daring patron’s plate. The leaning tower of meat-feast.

But patrons haven’t stopped at the BosSize (four 150-170g patties). Some guests are doubling, and even tripling the BosSize. The current record is 12 patties, or approximately 2 kilos of beef, plus toppings and proportional buns. Call the doctor!
