Braziliant! Maltese Tour Manager Meets Her Childhood Idol, Football Legend Ronaldo
Ronaldinho may not be joining Birkirkara FC after all, but his former Brazil teammate Ronaldo has at least made a Maltese connection.
The football legend best known for his brace in the 2002 World Cup final, was chilling in a secluded section at the DC-10 nightclub in Ibiza last night, where Welsh DJ Jamie Jones was playing.
And if he was hoping to spend the night unnoticed, then he had another thing coming.
Emma Tranter, a 23-year-old Maltese tour manager and photographer who works with Jamie Jones’ team, was also there that night, and she didn’t miss Ronaldo, who now owns La Liga club Real Valladolid.
“A childhood idol!” Emma said of Ronaldo, when posting the photo to her Instagram page.
Despite her young age, Emma has managed to tap into the global music industry big time and has already worked at some of the largest festivals in the world.
Besides Jamie Jones, she also works as the tour manager of the Australian DJ duo Nervo and the English DJ Sigala.
