Area Of Pristine Madliena Valley Larger Than Fosos Is On Sale For €1.7 Million
A massive area of land amounting to eleven tumuli – that’s just a bit over the size of the Fosos – situated in the pristine valley of Madliena, has just gone on sale for €1.7 million.
The listing, which surfaced on a local real estate firm’s website, describes it as an “astonishing piece of land beautifully located in the most desirable part of Madliena”.
The area listed for sale is located within Wied id-Dis, between the towns of Madliena and Għargħur, situated just below the Madliena bridge.
“This lovely dwelling comprises a pond, water reservoir, walking passageways, girna, and mature trees which can be easily accessed from the road by car,” the listing reads.
It also described it as a property with excellent potential to be converted into a most desirable countryside escape, away from all noise pollution.
However, within such an area, a permit for a residential dwelling would be very hard to acquire, and the land is presumably to be used more from a recreational aspect.
Considering the area of land and where it is located, a beautiful quiet space, €1.7 million doesn’t even seem to be that expensive for what you’ll get.
And that’s not all – a quick look at the website reveals another listing for 24,000 sqm of land within the same valley on sale for €2 million on the same website.
The second listing, comprising an area of agricultural land, spreads over a whopping 24,000 sqm of agricultural land – that’s basically Fosos x2 – with your own private road.
