Clubbers who make Malta their home during summer have really ended up being spoilt for choice. From mainstream monsters like Summer Daze to underground giants like Glitch, there really is something for everyone. And, as it turns out, there’s also something that’s perfect for those among you who are looking for one very long weekend rave that’s chock-full of electronic talent.

Hitting one of Malta’s oldest and most favourite clubs Tigullio, Serbian record label Protokol has rolled out 30 DJs for a festival that’s set to last an insane 24 hours over two days

Yes, really. And with industry stalwarts like Teenage Mutants, The YellowHeads, and Tomcraft all allocated a blistering set, the hype is real among local and international ravers alike who’ll be lucky enough to be in Malta for the first weekend of July.

With a projected 12-hour duration (4pm till 4am) on each day, this might just be one of the longest raves you’ll attend in Malta this summer

Posted by PROTOKOL on Saturday, June 8, 2019

Responsible for some of the biggest rave hits from yesteryear, Protokol’s headliners are infused with a healthy helping of some of Malta’s finest DJs from the last couple of decades, including Ruby, Miss Roberta, Claytonic and Carl Lautier. The result? Pure, beautiful mayhem over 24 hours.

With a whole host of sponsors and ticket outlets from all over the island, you can expect Protokol to be another one of those sold-out events you don’t wait too much to get tickets for. And while €20 ticket will be available at the door, you can also just go ahead and get your hands on a ticket right now online. So really, why wait?!

Tag someone who’d love to go to a rave at 4pm and exit at 4am the next day
