Emma Cutajar has released the music video for her original song ‘I Miss You’, a song dedicated to her sister who passed away before she was born.
The song was written and sung by Emma Cutajar for her Malta’s Got Talent audition back in November 2020, which left judges and audiences both stunned and in tears.
Her emotional song combined with the beautiful, angelic voice of Emma helped her gain the coveted ‘Golden Buzzer’ and is largely considered as one of the highlights of Got Talent’s run.
The video perfectly captures the ethereal, angelic style of Emma’s singing whilst focusing on her singing and the moving lyrics.
From the glittering fireflies drifting through the video to the scenes of a little angel watching over Emma, the video offers a poignant and emotional pull to further heighten the deep, personal meaning behind the song.
A particular highlight of the video is definitely the use of water dripping and then gushing down the piano Emma plays at as the song reaches the climax.
