Mixing the aspirational with the emotional, Tista’ Tkun Int!, presented by Rachel Vella and hosted by Colin Aquilina, stole the hearts of the Maltese, launching a style of program that hadn’t been seen before locally.
It was beloved for its feel-good factor, offering viewers a glimpse into others’ lives as their lifelong dreams would come true before their very eyes.
This classic clip posted by ROCS Group followed Carmen, a woman who has been separated from her two sons for years; they had been taken to their father’s home country of Zimbabwe when they were young.
Seeing Colin Aquilina enter Carmen’s house to ask her what her biggest wish is will take you right back to 2004.
It will also remind you how Tista’ Tkun Int became one of the most watched shows in Maltese history,
