65 Turtles Hatch At Ramla L-Ħamra

Good news from Ramla l-Ħamra, a total of 65 baby turtles have hatched from the nest!

This marks the successful conclusion of the fifth nest of the summer, and locals and volunteers are now eagerly waiting for the final nest to start hatching.

A huge shoutout to all the officials and volunteers who make this incredible conservation work possible. Thanks to their dedication, these little sea turtles have a fighting chance to make it safely to the sea.

Keep an eye on the shore, the summer isn’t over yet for Malta’s tiniest swimmers!
