There’s a new way to enjoy Maltese sports content and it kicks off this weekend, with events streamed live on Lovin Malta at 5:15pm on Saturday and Sunday in a pilot project entered into with the collaboration and support of the Malta Olympic Committee.

A new partnership between Lovin Malta and Ama Livestream will see the joint venture publish local live sporting events across a number of disciplines and team sports across all social media platforms.

Lovin Malta will be including the live broadcast of sporting events alongside a range of video collaborations that have already been launched this year.

The first event will see Lovin Malta gain exclusive access to a first-of-its-kind training camp organised by the Iron Taekwondo League.

Taekwondo is one of the oldest martial arts in the world, dating back over 2,000 years. As the sport evolves, new concepts and techniques come into play and it’s important for the local Taekwondo community, who regularly compete in the sport, to remain up to date.

This was the motivation for the training camp being organised this weekend – and you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your personal devices.

The training camp will be run by ITL founder and head coach Gianluca Barbara and Malta’s National Coach Ditmir Vodinaj. This closed event will provide a platform for learning and training, as well as sparring matches for young athletes to practice what they are taught.

A session for parents of taekwondo practitioners will also be held, to allow them further insight into the sport and help them provide better support to their children.

The camp will take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th February and will be streamed live on Lovin Malta’s Facebook page – so book it into your calendar because you do not want to miss this.

This event marks the beginning of LM’s partnership with AMA where we will be streaming multiple local sporting events throughout the year bringing them directly to your feed.

Just cast it to your laptop or TV and you have front row seats to all the action!

This new and exciting venture aims to put a spotlight on the nation’s sports whether it’s handball, football, basketball, rugby, water polo or the many other sports that fail to get the attention they deserve.

Over the coming weeks you can expect a steady stream of different sporting activities which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

This is just the latest partnership  that includes a new range of programs found exclusively on Lovin Malta confirming its position as Malta’s leading online platform for online viewing, and shows for all demographics – be they foodies, fashionistas, political analysts, businesspeople or kids – Lovin Malta is always open to new pitches and exciting opportunities for collaborations.
