Yazmin Helledie Announced As Love Island Malta’s Host For Debut Season
Love Island Malta is right on the horizon, and former X Factor contestant Yazmin Helledie has been announced as the host!
Here is everything you need to know about the dazzling new host ahead of the show’s debut season.
The singer-songwriter was first introduced to the entertainment industry at the ripe age of eight, when she composed her first song for the Maltese selection of the Junior Eurovision, in 2004.
Her love for music grew, as she continued to sing and write songs and create more content, even participating in the Malta Junior Eurosong four times.

The half Maltese, half Danish had also competed in the second season of X Factor Malta, as part of Yazmin and James.
The duo placed fifth in the overall competition, but stole the nation’s hearts along the way.
Just a few months ago, Yazmin married local DJ Keith Panelli, ith the one and only Ira Losco performing at their wedding.
Their wedding video was even released to their socials.

Media Exclusive Limited announced Love Island Malta will take place on TVM in 2023, in collaboration with ITV Studios, calling it the first dating reality show of its kind to grace Maltese television and the largest TV production in Malta to date.
