7 Things To Do In Malta Once Your Exams Finally Finish

If you’d rather spend your time planning your summer, than studying for your exams, this is the right place to be!
Are you sick of the timetables, flashcards, notes, checklists, and heartaches?
As you’re slowly hanging onto your dear life as you finish your exams, you may want to start thinking ahead.
Here are seven things you could totally do once the storm is over:
1. Find a job… or a sugar daddy/mummy
If you want to do anything else on this list, you’re going to need some money. So update your CV from last summer and start applying for jobs. Some other alternatives are finding a sugar daddy/mummy – or selling feet pictures (just kidding!)
2. Plan a Gozo weekender
Nothing better than chilling in a farmhouse, with you don’t have any responsibilities. Drinking in the evenings, and then gobbling down a Maxokk pizza to cure the hangover.
Gather your closest friends, and head off to Gozo.
3. Get wasted drunk
Although you’ve been doing this all year round, and probably even during exams, there’s no better way to celebrate your freedom from school than by forgetting about it… (if you’re of legal age).
4. Start your driving lessons (if you haven’t yet)
It is definitely time to start – you cannot postpone it much longer, because Maltese public transport will only keep getting worse. Find an instructor, get your learning permit, and get started.

5. Have a celebratory meal
Get your classmates to join you for a celebratory meal. Book a table at your preferred restaurant, wear your best outfit, and go eat your favourite meal.
6. Wash it all away with your first swim of the year
A re-birth, the ocean can be a means of catharsis. Wash away all the ugliness and stress of exams, by going to one of Malta’s most beautiful beaches like Golden Bay, or Għadira.
7. Rest
Best part is that this requires no budget. It is time to catch up on your beauty sleep, after months of feeling knackered, and eye bags. Switch off all your alarms, and jump straight into bed.
You’ve worked your butt off!
You deserve to relax and unwind, do whatever you feel is the right thing to do. And good luck to all the students who are soon ready from their studies!
