WATCH: Maltese Couple Sets Out On Incredible Motorcycle Journey From Texas To Argentina

A Maltese couple have done what so many couples around the world dream of doing – travelling from North America, all the way through Central America to the bottom tip of South America, with nothing more than a motorcycle and their dreams to get them there.
Ryan Darmanin and Nadia Grech are behind the travel-blog Treading Trails, who will be cycling 52,000kms over land and sea on their awesome trek.
“Ryan and I left Malta 14 weeks ago,” said Nadia to Lovin Malta. “We bought a motorbike in Texas and are on a mission to reach Argentina around November 2019.”
They’re currently in Panama and and are headed towards Colombia as you read this
“We’ve already driven through Texas, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and now we are in Panama. We will enter Colombia by private boat (with our bike on board) on the 11th February, as there are no means to cross by motorbike through the dangerous Darien Gap,” she said.
“In total we aim to ride around 52,000km through 14 countries.”
Throughout their trip, they’ve had front row seats to some of the most incredible sights in the world

They’ve had setbacks along the way, from technical problems to visa issues at border patrol, but it looks like nothing is going to stop them from making it to Argentina in November.
