Tyga, David Guetta, Bobo Vieri, James Arthur, Paul Kalkbrenner Announced In Incredible Summer Daze Malta Line-Up
The first few names on the Summer Daze Festival line-up have been announced – and they are huge!
Hip hop superstar Tyga and commercial dance overlord David Guetta will be headlining the event, with big names like Green Velvet, Paul Kalkbrenner James Arthur, Martinez Brothers, Danny Howard and Loco Dice also scheduled to rock the crowds.
A surprise addition to the line-up is Christian ‘Bobo’ Vieri, the former Italian football star-turned-DJ.
They’ll be supported by local talent Tenishia and Carl Bee.
Summer Daze is set to expand this year, and the party will be going down for a whole week, between the 11th and 17th of August
Konrad Mizzi, Minister for Tourism, praised the successful event’s return
“Following last year’s success, this Government chose to support once again the Summer Daze festival that will complement our yearly calendar of events for this summer, while attracting a good number of locals and tourists for another free top festival with world class artists,” he told Lovin Malta.
The concerts will take place in various venues, from Ta’ Qali National Park to Uno and Medasia
During last year’s edition of Summer Daze, 64% of the people who attended were foreigners
The event is being organised by BBC Radio 1 and Creamfields in collaboration with the Malta Tourism Authority.
