WATCH: Eddie Fresco, Malta’s Hip-Hop Hope, Returns With New Visual That’s Just Plain Disrespectful
215 Collective are some of the hottest rappers to come out of the Maltese Islands in a minute, and the clique’s very own Eddie Fresco has just released his latest single to remind everyone just how he does it solo.
Disrepect is the new visual that sees Eddie Fresco experience going abroad for the first time. Choosing Amsterdam, the Maltese rapper takes advantage of local laws and customs and quickly gets into the pace of things.
“I had never really been abroad before, and the night before the flight I thought about recording a music video there, to sort of capture a little bit of everything,” he said to Lovin Malta. “The track was written, mixed and mastered in one hour, exactly one hour before I had to be at the airport.”
Not only is the video lit, the track goes hard
“I wanted to have a fun track to listen to, wasn’t planning on doing anything too serious, I was on a holiday at the end of the day,” he smiles. “So I really had fun with it, and the video turned out awesome though.’
The whole video was shot on an iPhone 8+, and Eddie Fresco hooked up with Jacob Saliba to create the final product. Seeing how quickly the kid is able to turn a track around, don’t be surprised to find a new single every time Eddie Fresco decides to head out on a holiday.
