Patrick Bateman is one of cult cinema’s most recognisable faces. Even though American Psycho was made over a decade ago, the character remains popular to this day.
Although being called American Psycho, this movie really should have been called Maltese Psycho. Here are are some reasons why Patrick Bateman is pure Maltese at heart.
1. The Excessive Consumption
Anything Bateman does is done is excess. If this guy ever owned a car here in Malta, it would be a Corsa armata tkaxkar mal-art bro.
2. The Insecurity
This guy is riddled with insecurities and self pity. In true Bateman fashion, he is so self-centred that he thinks he is the only person who bad things happen to.
